Lew Temple is an American film actor who was best known for his role in the movie “Waitress” (2007).
Lew Temple was born and brought up in Bayou. He completed his education from a local high school and then studied at Brooklyn College. After completing his education he spent four years in Minor Baseball leagues as he was a professional baseball player. Then he began his career as a coach and scout from Houston Astros. Later he quit his baseball career in order to pursue his career in acting.
Lew Temple started to work in Alley theatre along with Corin Redgrave and Vanessa for Shakespeare productions including Cleopatra and Julius Caesar. Then he started to appear in television series with CSI: Miami. He has acted in several television series for variety of roles and achieved success. Later he made first film appearance with movie entitled “The Newton Boys” which was released in 1998 acting the role of a waiter, directed by Richard Linklater starring Matthew McConaughey and Ethan Hawke.
Lew Temple has acted in several movies giving good performances and earned recognition from film critics and audience. His other notable movie appearances were: On the Borderline (2001), 21 Grams (2003), The Devil’s Rejects (2005), Déjà vu (2006) and Halloween (2007). During his entire career he has worked with other known artists like Ken Foree, Pat Skipper, Clint Howard, James Caviezel and Tyler Mane.
Recently Lew was present in “The Milwaukee County Massacre” a popular horror convention during June, 2008 held in Milwaukee.
